Privacy PolicyWhat we collect when you use neugent.ai, why we collect it, and how to get it deleted.Last updated: September 24, 2026The short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form or when you book a call, and our host keeps standard server logs. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it any time at support@neugent.ai.Who we areNeugent AI LLC, a California limited liability company based in San Diego, California, USA, operates neugent.ai. For privacy law purposes we are the data controller for the personal data described here.Privacy questions and requests: support@neugent.ai.What we collectInformation you give usContact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the service you select, and the message you write.Booking a call: our "Book a Call" links open Calendly, where you provide your name, email address and a meeting time. Calendly collects this directly and shares it with us.Email and phone: anything you include if you email or call us, including the phone numbers listed on our contact page.Information collected automaticallyServer logs: our host records standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time. This is used to run and secure the site.Fonts: our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser's request reveals your IP address to Google when a page loads.What we don't doWe don't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and the site doesn't store anything in your browser. There is no cookie banner because there are no non-essential cookies to consent to. We don't sell or share your personal information, and we don't use it to train AI models.Why we use it, and our legal basisFor visitors in the UK and the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR require us to have a legal basis for each use:Who else handles your dataWe use a small number of service providers. They process data on our instructions, and each has its own privacy policy:We also disclose personal data if the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.Where your data goesWe are based in the United States and our providers store data there. If you are in the UK or the EEA, this means your personal data is transferred outside your country. We rely on our providers' transfer safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where a provider is certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Ask us at support@neugent.ai and we'll tell you what applies to a specific provider.How long we keep itEnquiries that don't become projects: up to 24 months after our last contact, so we have context if you come back, then deleted.Client records: for the length of the engagement, then as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is generally seven years.Server logs: kept short term by our host for security and troubleshooting.Your rightsIf you are in the UK or EEA, you have the right to access your personal data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where we relied on it. Exercising these rights is free and won't count against you.If you are in California, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell or share personal information, and we don't process it for targeted advertising.To exercise any of these, email support@neugent.ai. We reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request.If you think we've handled your data badly, please tell us first so we can fix it. You can also complain to your data protection authority: in the UK that's the Information Commissioner's Office, and in the EEA it's the authority where you live or work.SecurityThe site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiries and client material is limited to the people at Neugent AI who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don't send us passwords, payment card details or health records through the contact form.ChildrenOur services are for businesses. The site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we'll delete it.Changes to this policyIf we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
