The rules for using neugent.ai, and what this site is and isn't.
Last updated: September 24, 2026
The short version: this site tells you about our work and lets you get in touch. Nothing here is a contract to build anything, and paid work runs on a separate signed agreement. Use the site honestly and it's yours to use.
neugent.ai is operated by Neugent AI LLC, a California limited liability company based in San Diego, California, USA ("Neugent AI", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The site describes our services, shows examples of our work, and gives you ways to contact us or book a call. Everything on it is for general information.
Nothing on the site is an offer to enter a contract, a quote, or a promise of any particular result. Timelines, prices and outcomes mentioned here are illustrative. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both of us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins for the work it covers.
You agree not to:
We may suspend access or remove content if the site is being misused.
You keep ownership of anything you send through the contact form or by email. By sending it, you give us permission to read, store and use it to respond to you and to evaluate possible work together, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please don't send confidential information before we have a confidentiality agreement in place. An enquiry on its own doesn't create one, and it doesn't create a client relationship.
The text, design, code, logos and images on this site belong to Neugent AI or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes. Anything else, including republishing, selling or building a derivative site, needs our written permission.
Client names, logos and case studies appear with permission and remain the property of their owners.
The site links to third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling. When you use them you're dealing with that company under its own terms and privacy policy. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for them.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
Nothing on the site is legal, regulatory, medical or financial advice. AI systems can produce wrong or unexpected output, so decisions based on them need human review.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Neugent AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD $100.
These limits don't apply to liability that can't be excluded by law, such as fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under the law of your country are not affected.
If your misuse of the site, or your breach of these terms, causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages we incur from it.
We may update the site or these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts in San Diego County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
