What we do
Services
Six ways we work with operators, from the first diagnostic to a working system. Every engagement ends with software your team runs and a test suite your engineers can keep.

How we build
Diagnose before we build
We sit with the people doing the work, map the workflow, price the hours, and only then propose a system. The first deliverable is usually a ranked list, not code.
Deterministic where it matters, model where it helps
Prices, coverage rules and approvals are computed by code you can read. The model extracts, drafts, summarises and reviews within limits. Nothing financial rides on a guess.
Ask, don't guess
When the evidence conflicts, the system queues a one-click check for a person instead of acting on a guess. Every confirmation teaches it.
Evidence on every decision
Each action keeps the signals that produced it, so a reviewer can see why the system did what it did.
One file to edit
Who you are, what you sell, what a good lead looks like: the business profile lives in one place. Change it and the agents, the prompts and the dashboard follow.
Runs without a key
Every system we ship degrades gracefully: no API key, no network, and it still runs on rules and saved data. Production has the same fallbacks.

The right box for every shipment
A tablet app on the packing bench that tells each worker which boxes to use for an order. It replaced guesswork that lived in a few heads, and it has run every day since.

Environmental Non-profit
Twenty hours of data work a week, down to five minutes
A pipeline that pulls in volunteer-entered lake readings, cleans them and publishes the charts and maps on its own. A model handles the messy human entries that ordinary tools cannot.

Five thousand qualified leads, researched by a system
A platform that finds potential customers, researches each one, ranks them by fit and drops them into the sales team's own CRM with the useful details already filled in.
