Client story · Logistics & Transportation
Every truck on one board, every quote priced by rules
A dispatch desk for a brokerage: a fleet board that spots late and dark loads before the customer does, and a quote desk that prices postings by rules the brokerage owns.
- One boardfor the whole fleet
- Same price, every timefor the same posting
- Late loads flaggedbefore the customer calls
The situation
Tracking showed one truck at a time. Dispatchers were pasting load postings into a chatbot for a price and getting numbers nobody could explain or repeat.
What we built
Two tools behind one dashboard. The fleet board puts every truck on one map and one table and warns the customer when a load will be late. The quote desk prices a posting line by line with the brokerage's own rules; the model only reads the posting and checks the result within a cap, so the same posting always gets the same price.
