The paper trail files itself
For a small practice, every email that carries a task, a decision or an open question is saved into the right project folder. When the evidence conflicts, the principal gets a one-click check.

- Every filingkeeps its evidence
The situation
The principal of a small practice spent hours a day reading every email, keeping the ones that mattered and saving each into the right project folder so the record lived on disk. People juggling several projects often named one in the subject while writing about another.
What we built
The filer considers only known senders, looks for an ask, a deadline or a question, and identifies the project by evidence that votes: the thread, the body, the subject, the sender's history and the model's read. A conflict becomes a quick check rather than a wrong filing. Nothing in the mailbox is moved or deleted, and every decision keeps its evidence.
