Client story · Industrial & Scientific Distribution
A front desk that answers every call and knows the catalogue
A phone agent that rings the owner first and answers when nobody can, and a website assistant that shares the same brain, the same catalogue and the same booking tool.
- Every call answereda person first, the agent second
- One brainphone and web agree
- Measuredfaithfulness is tested, not assumed
The situation
A scientific reseller missed calls through the working day. Catalogue questions got a different answer from every person, and the website chat could not see inventory.
What we built
One assistant on two channels. Real-time speech with interruption on the phone; the same facts, catalogue search and booking tool on the site. A retrieval evaluation measures how often the assistant answers from the reseller's own content rather than from memory.
