The situation
A model producing thousands of masks, an outsourced batch that had to be signed off, and a training set nobody had audited. There was no reference to compare against.
What we built
Not an oracle: triage. Families of checks turn an image and its mask into features; a model estimates the grade an expert would give, with a band. The band is load-bearing: a wide band is amber whatever the score. Hard findings outrank the model and turn a case red on their own.
